If a customer is not satisfied after receiving their trees and plants, FastGrowingTrees.com will replace them at no cost. However, this guarantee does not cover plants that have received less-than-optimal care or plants purchased outside of the recommended growing zone.
Additionally, they offer a one-year, one-time replacement warranty (shipping cost not included) in the form of a store credit, available at the time of checkout. This warranty requires a picture to verify that the plant has died. Once the photos are received, a store credit will be issued to order replacement plants.
